Cyprus Tree Mezuzah

This designed mezuzah combines the manipulation of digital media with traditional silversmith techniques.

The Cyprus mezuzah features a photograph taken in the "Sharon" area in Israel. Etched with acid onto a column of silver-nickel. The Cyprus is a common tree in israel and a mémoire from Shirley's childhood.

inprinted on the Mezuzah is "Shomer Daltot Israel", which means the protector of our gates.
